Summary

An excellent walk starting and finishing at Low Bradfield. The walk takes you along Dukes Drive onto Back Tor with good views across the Derwent Valley and across to Kinder and Bleaklow. The walk continues down the Derwent Valley to Whinstone Lee Moor, across to Moscar and then over Ughill Moor to Dale Dike and back to Low Bradfield.

The gradients were not severe and the paths – except around Rocher Wood – were good and easy to follow. The views on the tops are excellent especially along Dewent Edge and from above the wood over Dale Dike Reservoir.
